Who we are
Berkeley Myles Solutions Ltd is the developer of IG-One, ProgressPlus and Javelin. IG-One is an MRP system for UK manufacturers, covering enquiries, quoting, planning, production and quality. We are based in Glasgow and are part of Banyan Software.

This privacy policy covers how we handle your data. Your use of this website (the ‘website’) is governed by the Terms (the ‘terms’) displayed on the website.
Berkeley Myles Solutions Ltd views the personal privacy of users as an important issue, and is committed to protecting and maintaining the security of personal information provided to us through this website. This Privacy Policy forms part of the terms of use of the website and describes how we treat personal information that we receive through your use of the website.
When you use our website
Website hosting and log files
This website is hosted by Netlify. Like most websites, its servers record basic technical information when a page is requested, such as your IP address, browser type and the page you asked for. This is used to deliver the site, keep it secure and fix faults. Our legal basis is legitimate interest.
Website analytics
If you accept cookies, we use HubSpot to understand how people use this site, such as which pages are visited and how often. If you reject cookies, the HubSpot tracking code is not loaded and none of this information is collected.
We do not currently use any other analytics service, and we do not use cookies to show you advertising on other websites. If this changes we will update this policy and the cookie list below, and ask for your consent first.
Our fonts are served from this website, so no font provider receives your details.
Cookies
Our website uses cookies. Cookies are small text files which are delivered onto your computer by websites that you visit.
A cookie is a file containing an identifier (a string of letters and numbers) that is sent by a web server to a web browser and is stored by the browser. The identifier is then sent back to the server each time the browser requests a page from the server.
Cookies may be either “persistent” cookies or “session” cookies: a persistent cookie will be stored by a web browser and will remain valid until its set expiry date, unless deleted by the user before the expiry date; a session cookie, on the other hand, will expire at the end of the user session, when the web browser is closed.
Your choice
When you first visit, we ask whether you accept optional cookies. Nothing optional is set until you choose. If you accept, the HubSpot cookies described below are set. If you reject, only the strictly necessary item that remembers your choice is stored.
You can change your mind at any time using “Cookie settings” at the bottom of any page. You can also delete cookies in your browser settings. Most browsers allow you to refuse to accept cookies.
Our legal basis for strictly necessary storage is legitimate interest. Our legal basis for optional cookies is your consent.
Cookies we use
- Strictly necessary. We remember whether you accepted or rejected optional cookies, so we don’t ask again on every page. This is kept in your browser’s local storage and is not sent to us.
- Analytics (optional). If you accept, HubSpot sets cookies that show us how the site is used and link your visits to the details you give us if you sign up for early access. They last up to 6 months.
HubSpot lists the cookies it sets at knowledge.hubspot.com.
When you provide personal data
Early access sign-up
When you sign up for early access to IG-One, we collect your first name, last name, work email address, company, job title, sector and current system, plus anything else you choose to tell us in the message box.
The form sends these details straight to HubSpot, our customer relationship management system. The form also sends the page you signed up from and, if you have accepted cookies, the HubSpot cookie identifier, so we can see which pages you looked at before signing up.
We use these details to reply to you, set up a call and assess whether IG-One suits your business. Our legal basis is legitimate interest, and taking steps at your request before entering into a contract.
If you tick the box to receive IG-One updates and news, we will also send you marketing emails. Our legal basis for this is your consent, which you can withdraw at any time using the unsubscribe link in any email or by contacting us.
We keep early access details for as long as we are discussing IG-One with you. If you become a customer, your details become part of your customer record. If you do not, we delete or anonymise them when they are no longer needed, unless you have asked to keep receiving updates.
